A French woman in Pristina is urgently trying to seek help and reach international media with her story. She fears for her life after her estranged husband broke in to her home, stabbed her friend and raped her. When the woman has reported the crimes to the police, they refused to help her. “We don’t care if your husband kills you” she says the police told her.
I have spoken to the woman on the phone and this is how she describes her experiences:
The incident happened the 2nd of November in the woman’s home. The husband who no longer lives there arrived together with another man. Both men were armed with knives and the husband also had a gun.
According to the woman the husband threaded to kill the woman’s two male friends. He punched one of them 6 times and stabbed him 3 times. Both the woman’s friends cried and begged for their lives.
Husband came back to rape the woman
Around four hours later the woman explains that the husband returned drunk and high on drugs. He then verbally abused the woman and raped her orally, anally and vaginally.
The 3rd of November the French woman went to the Central Police station in Pristina to report the crimes. The police did not provide her with a translator or a lawyer, nor did they provide her with medical assistance to gather evidence of the rape.
After the first visit at the police station the woman continued to return there on a daily basis. The police officers did not help the woman, instead they ridiculed her and told her to go home since she was giving them a headache.

– I went to the police station every day, maybe 30 times. They said we don’t care if your husband kills you. We are not a casino, we are not a hotel, go and sleep on the street if you are afraid of him. It’s your fault because you married him.
According to woman the police didn’t even provide her with her own case number, nor the prosecutor’s name. When the woman finally identified her prosecutor, he refused to give her his contact information. According to the woman her prosecutor is not doing anything to arrest her husband who remains free.
The woman has spoken out in media in Kosovo. She also went to seek help at EULEX, but was told to write them a letter.
The woman hopes for help from her Embassy
– Tomorrow I’m going to go to the French Embassy to try to speak with the Ambassador. But I don’t know if she will speak to me.
The woman is now living in another apartment and has reached out to people on social media. Media in Kosovo has also started to publish her story. However, the woman doesn’t feel enough supported or protected.
– I’m scared. I’m petrified. I’m horrified. I believe he can kill me any time, and kill my friends too. I’m afraid he will find me.

On November 2, 2020, I decided to go press charges at the police station because my Albanian Kosovar husband xxx had raped me orally, anally, vaginally on November 2, 2020, but also several times before then,
His boss is aware of him raping me but he does not care and still kept my husband as an employee. My husband came into my appartment with his friend armed with a knife and with a gun using the key to my appartment,
he proceeded to enter and stab my friends, punched my friends, and threatened to kill them with his gun that he was holding at his waist, my friends begged for their lives, they cried and screamed please do not kill me,
the reason why my husband attacked my friends is because they were men, but at this point, we had separated and were no longer living together.
he had also wanted to tie my friends to a chair using a rope, but thankfully, he couldn’t find any rope to use inside my appartment.
when I went to the police station, the police did not provide me with a translator, they could not speak English and I could not speak Albanian, they did not provide me with a lawyer, they did not provide me with a doctor to examine me for signs and traces of rape,
I have been told by the police that they do not care if my husband kills me, and that if I am scared of my husband killing me that I should just go sleep outside on the streets, and that they are tired of me and that I am giving them a headache, and that it is my fault for marrying him.
I had told the police that my husband has a gun and is using drugs, but they never searched his home, and as of now, my violent rapist husband is still free.
Over the course of our relationship and marriage, my husband xxx locked me inside his house and took the key with him to work, he also locked me inside his bedroom and took the key,
he told me that I was not allowed to go outside alone, that I could only go outside with him or with his family if they asked for his permission prior, his family knew about these rules and listened to him, his mother would constantly give him daily reports about where I was and about what I was doing,
she would open the door just to watch me, my husband also took my phone, passport, id with him, in fact, he was always carrying my handbag with him outside with my passport and id phone and wallet, and he told me that the reason why he did it is because if I ever wanted to leave him that I could not,
my husband threatened to kill me if I left him and to beat me, he told me that he would find me, he would regularly check my phone, he demanded and ordered me to delete all my male phone numbers, and blocked all my male contacts, to delete Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook etc,
he did not allow me to watch the Youtube videos that I liked, or go to the websites that I liked, he did not allow me to look at mirrors, or to stand in front of his entrance door, even from the inside, or to wear certain clothes,
my husband would grab me by the arm, and lock the door and push me away from the door every time I tried to leave him. everytime we were outside, even at his work place, he would ask me to sit against the wall, or to look at the ground,
he would yell at me accusing me of looking at other men when I was not, he would insult and yell at these men too, my husband would yell at me in public even on our wedding day in front of his brother accusing me of looking at the barmen working there, he would correct me in front of his family telling me that I’m being rude disrespectful etc
My husband anally raped me, he would get angry at the bed making noise while he was raping me and he would punch the bed, he was sexually very rough and aggreasive sexually speaking,
when I told him to stop because it hurts, he just ignored me and kept going very fast in and out up and down, telling me that I would get used to it, and to “shhhhh” because he did not want his parents to hear me scream out in pain, he accused me of being paranoid, telling me that he bets it did not even hurt me,
he would scream at me and insult me if I did not want to have sex with him, my husband also orally raped me, he would grab my head and push it down on his penis, and keep it down on his penis, and then push his penis in and out outside of my mouth,
when I would tell him to stop and that it makes me choke, and want to vomit, my husband would tell me to vomit then, and he kept going, he would force me to swallow his sperm as well, every morning, his mother would open the door and ask me to have sex with her son,
my husband while raping me would tell me that when people are horny they can rape their own family. he would call me a bitch, telling me that he never loved me that he only married me to get a French passport,
he told me that he would divorce me if I did not want to bring him to France, he also told me that he would divorce me if I did not buy him the latest IPhone Pro Max that costs 1000 euros,
my husband also offered me 10,000 euros in order to bring him to France which I refused, he would tell me that he really regrets having lived with me at all, that he just wishes that he had just given me 10,000 euros for me to bring him to France,
because he wants nothing to do with me, that he hates me, does not consider me as his wife, considers me as his ennemy, that he is not looking for love, that he is looking for a better life, and that if he was looking for love that he would just find an Albanian woman from Kosovo and that he could find thousand of them, because they are gorgeous,
he also told me that he cheated on me, that he would never give me a child, he told me that the only way that we could be together is if I brought him to France, he also told me to go to Germany, make money for him, work for him, and then bring him over to Germany using our marriage in order for him to get legal status,
he would regularly call me ugly, old, fat, he told me that not even the ugliest loser would want me, and while I was engaged to him and living at his home, his mother xxx tried to find him another Albanian Muslim 18 year old living in Switzerland with a Swiss passport to marry in order to replace me,
his mother was very racist and told my husband why did he not bring an Albanian Muslim woman home instead of a French Christian woman home.
The first time that my husband had sex with me, he called me disgusting and then went out to drink with his friends and threatened to divorce me.
My husband ordered me and demanded me to go to the ATM (bankomat) in order to give him 300 euros and to give his mother 300 euros, at this point in time, he had come with me to the ATM, but since my weekly retrieval limit was only 300 euros per week,
I could only give him 300 euros, he told me that he was entitled to this money, my husband also stole cash from my wallet, he took 70 euros,
he would also terrorize me and make him buy him other things, such as a perfume, a watch, and to pay to have his phone screen fixed, to pay for a honeymoon to Albania or to Turkey, to pay for his wedding suit, in fact, when we got married, his family had given me money,
and he also asked me to give him this money too, even though his mother worked as a fashion designer, and could make dresses, she never wanted to make me a dress for my wedding,
I had to buy all the dresses, and my husband never paid for the wedding, in fact, his mother cared so little for our wedding that she decided to go to Albania for 2 weeks, instead of help preparing for the wedding,
my husband made many other financial requests from me such as pay for him to have his teeth cleaned, such as buy him a LG TV, a g shock watch, a Dior Savage perfume etc.
The prosecutor of my case is called Armend Hamiti, I would like you all to call, email, message Armend Hamiti to push him to arrest my husband, if us public people make pressure on the prosecutor in order to arrest my husband,
I would like you all to go to court in Hajvalia to go meet with Armend Hamiti, he is the one who has the power and authority to do something and arrest my husband for rape, assault, battery, theft, extortion, imprisonment, death threats,
but to this, day, he still refuses to do it. Please, share this post and repost, this needs to go public, my husband got away with rape, assault, extortion, marriage fraud, and he is happy and laughing about it.
